A call to the national and international scientific community will soon be launched to solicit laboratories with samples of eukaryotic marine organisms living in the French EEZ, and for which there would be a scientific or economic interest in rapidly obtaining their genome sequence.
Laboratories that are ‘ambassadors’ for such species will be able to fill in a form here to submit them to ATLASea’s Species Selection Committee, which will decide whether they can be included in the programme (to be set up in November 2023).
