Objectives

The goal is to accelerate the analysis of marine genomic data, relying on reference marine genomes from the public domain and/or the ATLASea project, by supporting innovative research projects aligned with the program’s targeted themes.

The application must be submitted by the principal supervisor of the Master’s project, who must be affiliated with a French institution of higher education or a French public research organization. Students may then apply to the projects that have been selected.

For this first call, ATLASea will fund seven Master 2 internship projects starting from January 2027. The maximum budget is €5,000, and must cover: the costs of 6 months internship stipend according to the current funding rates in place in France and a part of the internship environment costs.
