ATLASea is also committed to training the next generation of scientists. As part of this mission, ATLASea is launching its first call for applications to fund 6-month Master 2 (M2) internships during the 2026/2027 academic year. The goal is to accelerate the exploitation of marine genomic data, relying on reference marine genomes from the public domain and/or the ATLASea project, by supporting innovative research projects aligned with the program’s targeted themes.
Objectives
For this first call, ATLASea will fund 7 Master 2 internship projects starting from January 2027. The maximum budget is €5,000, and must cover: the costs of 6-month internship gratuities according to the current funding rates in place in France and a part of the internship environment costs.
